Duties & Responsibilities
Ability to meet deadlines;
Detailed oriented and effective work prioritization;
Effective work / load Management;
Ability to demonstrate flexibility within the Financial Division;
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions;
Update and maintain the general ledger;
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system;
Recording of debits and credits;
Maintain trial balances by a reconciliation of general ledgers;
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transaction;
Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements;
Must be conversant with month end procedures within the MDA system and work under pressure.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric qualification
Minimum accounting 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
MDA/MRI Property Management experience essential - Only applicants with MDA/MRI Property Management experience will be considered
Package & Remuneration
Salary commensurate with experience
