Duties will include developing and maintaining standard policies and procedures, ensuring the legal book is effectively controlled, ensuring master data is correct and updated regularly, managing compliance with policies, procedures and legislation, and many other tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
We're accepting applications for the position of Debtors Supervisor. Duties will include developing and maintaining standard policies and procedures, ensuring the legal book is effectively controlled, ensuring master data is correct and updated regularly, managing compliance with policies, procedures and legislation, and many other tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with developing and maintaining standard policies and procedures
- Participating as a member of the project team
- Immediately notifying the direct manager of significant risks
- Ensuring that the legal book is effectively controlled
- Training a minimum of three super-users from within the team
- Completing adhoc tasks, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Playing a key role in internal and external audits
- Implementing a process to ensure master data is correct and updated regularly by the Team
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
- Assisting with credit limit and journal reviews and approvals
- Ensuring that the yeam achieves and maintains the requisite level of productivity and quality of output
- Implementing an effective performance management system
- Ensuring that regular performance management takes place
- Mentoring and coaching the yeam
- Undertaking appropriate and timely action to address poor performance, attendance, and time management
- Conducting one-on-one book reviews with Credit Controllers
- Matric essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
- At least 5 years' experience as a Debtors Supervisor
- Experience managing a team of 10+ Credit Controllers
