The Key Duties of the Customer Account Manager:
Management of several accounts on a daily basis.
Input orders and manage deliveries/collections.
Building good working relationships.
Customer Calls, either on the telephone or via Zoom/Teams
Dealing with suppliers
Working with internal colleagues - Lab, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse etc to meet tight deadlines.
Project management.
The Key Requirements of the Customer Account Manager:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to use MS Software such as Excel and Word
Team-player
