With offices located nationwide, were looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make an impact in the world of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing.
Key
Responsibilities:
Support ESG Product Strategy: Assist in addressing ESG-related client needs across institutional and retail channels, with a focus on climate-related objectives.
Business Development:Work with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Research and Analysis:Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel, Bloomberg, and ESG data providers.
Reporting: Produce regular reports and market commentary on ESG products, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Project Management:Help manage the project queue, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships.
Client Servicing and Marketing:Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams, addressing asset allocation and ESG-related inquiries.
Marketing Materials:Maintain and update ESG marketing materials, including presentation books.
Content Development:Assist in creating ESG-related content, such as sustainability reports and market analyses.
Ad-Hoc Research:Conduct research on market developments and competitors, such as trends in the green bond market.
Product Development:Support the development of new ESG-related investment products and funds.
What Were Looking For:
Education:Recent graduates with a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field. ESG Advisor Certification
Interest in ESG:A strong interest in ESG issues and sustainable investing is essential.
Skills:Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and software. Basic understanding of Bloomberg and ESG data providers is a plus.
Attributes:Highly organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a strong results orientation.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and work professionally with colleagues at all levels and with external clients.
