As an Analyst in our Real Estate division, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of Corporate Finance transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with clients as part of the wider advisory role.

Responsibilities:


Support transaction execution including due diligence, document preparation, and liaising with relevant counterparts at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.).

Monitor and evaluate current events, valuations, and other financial information on the clients of the group.

Assist senior team members on client origination.

Contribute to the origination process for certain sector verticals.

Build and use financial models and assist in completing valuation and analytical exercises.

Help prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue.

Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including proficiency in Excel).

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Adaptability, able to manage tasks independently, and ready to assume a level of responsibility as a member of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.

High ethical standards, integrity, and judgment.

Excellent understanding of basic financial and legal concepts.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

Preferred Qualifications- CFA Level 1 - Regulatory Certifications CPD certifications.

European language skills, while not required, are desirable.

This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and, where appropriate, approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
