Overview:Join our client, a vibrant and growing firm of chartered accountants in Barnet as a new Junior Accountant/Accounts Semi-Senior. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Manage and reconcile client accounts meticulously.
* Assist in the preparation of accounts, bookkeeping, and tax returns.
* Support senior accountants with a variety of accounting tasks and projects.
* Maintain compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
* You are part-qualified AAT, ACA, or ACCA
* At least 12-18 months of experience within a practice environment is essential.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
* Accounts to trial balance, with strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good understanding of UK accounting standards and regulations.
