Forge Talent are currently engaged with a well business based in South Manchester who are looking to hire a Head of Financial Reporting. The role will be for an initial 12 months and is based on a hybrid working model. Reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible to the following but not limited to:

Managing a team of 6 people

Responsible for full financial statements under UK GAAP

Assisting with Statutory audits aligned with regulations

Working alongside the finance and FP&A teams

Liaising with auditors

Preparing group half and full year financial statements

Group consolidation and reporting for 10+ global entities

Candidate Requirements:

Experienced interim finance professional

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

A driven team player and effective communicator

Enthusiastic and keen to drive own development in line with the aims of the project and the business

Worked in a similar role previously

Technically astute

The Head of Financial Reporting role is paying up to £90,000 for the right candidate and is looking to start asap!
