Management Accountant (PQ) | £35,000 - £40,000 + Study | Bolton + Hybrid | Fantastic exposure and progression | Amazing benefits and culture
Axon Moore are partnering a well-established and fast-growing business in Bolton who are seeking to expand their team with an ambitious, part-qualified Management Accountant. This newly created role comes off the back of substantial growth over the past five years and provides a fantastic opportunity for someone pursuing ACCA/CIMA to really progress their career.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, i.e. journals, accruals, prepayments
Ensure balance sheets and cashflows are accurate and reconciled
Assist embedding new acquisitions
Year end audit support
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Maintenance of fixed asset register
Implementation of new processes and controls to boost efficiency
Ad-hoc duties and projects
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong management accounts background
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or AAT Qualified
Good IT and MS Excel skills
Great attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Experience of working as part of a team
Able to quickly adapt to change
Work efficiently towards meeting deadlines
