Key
Responsibilities:
Control over day-to-day accounts / Book-keeping of client companies
Preparation / review of monthly/quarterly/yearly management reporting.
Taking care of all statutory compliances such as Income tax (Advance tax, TDS, Annual Filing), Service Tax (Reverse Charge, Payment, Input Credit, Refund, filings), VAT, FEMA, Company Law.
Preparation of Financial Statements under I-GAAP.
Audit assistance to client companies.
Explore the opportunity of any new work from existing client.
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess MBA, B.com Degree with good years of experience.
Working knowledge of tax compliances (GST, income tax). Experience of audit coordination and financials preparation.
Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work
Experience in handling clients will be added advantage. Knowledge of Tally is must. Knowledge of other accounting software's such as SAP, Quick Book, Microsoft Dynamix will be added advantage.
Working knowledge of FEMA and Companies Act will be added advantage.
