Key Responsibilities
Employee support management : Supervision of Employee F&F / Claim activity, Supervision of bank reconciliation open item close. Good Knowledge of Expenzing application, Zoho.
Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices from vendors and service providers
Tracking, monitoring, and controlling outgoing payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, statements, etc.
Maintaining and filing records of all transactions and agreements
Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries
Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers
Vendor Creation and Management: - Creating new vendors in the system as per the requirement and verifying all the required documents as per the SOP. Vendor Management should be done as per the Client guidelines.
