The successful candidate will be Responsible for:

Overall financial management of the dealership.
Provide direction, management, and leadership in the accounting, business planning, and budgeting, efforts of the company by ensuring a healthy and sustainable financial position.
Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders and ensure that all relevant financial disclosure is completed on time and in the envisaged time frames

Requirements: (Non negotiable)

Must have B-Com Degree /B-Com Hons.
CA qualification will be an added advantage.
At least 10 years' experience in the motor industry especially at Dealership level of which 3-5 years
Must be Managing a finance team, with solid experience and innerworkings of new and used vehicle sales management, the aftersales business
F&I offerings and extensive financial experience.
In-depth knowledge with working with OEM at a National Level.
A good relationship and network of key stakeholders that will positively impact the business i.e customers, suppliers.
Good system knowledge of Evolve, IAL or similar Dealer Management systems.
Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.

R 40 000.00 plus 50% Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Company Vehicle + petrol
