Your new role

• Support strategic initiatives like fundraising, M&A, and capital optimisation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance and Group CFO on value-driven opportunities.
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking, and problem-solving.
• Participate in M&A due diligence and valuation exercises.
• Assist in preparing business reviews and project status reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in finance, business, or economics.
• Tech industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
