As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. Whether you're processing payments, managing payroll, or handling credit control, your work will make a solid impact every day!
Duties of Accounts Assistant:
Maintain the purchase ledger and oversee payment runs.
Manage the sales ledger across multiple limited companies.
Post month-end journal entries with precision.
Produce and maintain KPI reports that drive business success.
Handle BACS payments and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Manage the payroll process for 300+ employees
Tackle cash allocations, bank reconciliations, and resolve invoice/purchase order queries.
Provide essential support with daily and weekly debt reports for the Financial Director.
What We're Looking For:
You're proficient with Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics & SAGE.
Your attention to detail is second to none-nothing gets past you!
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
