Semi / Senior Accountant
Kingswinford
£30,000 - £36,000
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Semi / Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate with be studying towards their ACA/ACCA qualification and/or AAT qualified with previous experience working within a UK practice environment.
Senior Accountant Key
Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivery of accounts assignments, to include business support work such as management accounts and VAT returns.
* Calculating and advising on corporate and personal taxation.
* Be actively involved with the growth of the practice.
* Regular contact with clients in relation to their business needs and maintaining these relationships to identify further client service opportunities.
Key Skills required:
* Experience in preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients across different sectors
* Exposure to cloud-based software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
* Familiarity in preparing both personal tax and corporation tax returns
* Good standards of written and verbal communication
* Great attention to detail
