An Interim CFO opportunity for a specialist from the engineering or manufacturing sector.
Key

responsibilities:

* Lead the finance function, providing oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Work with the CEO and board to shape long-term business strategy, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimise the company's financial position.
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Support the organisation with key business decisions and strategy.
* Act as a key point of contact for auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
* A proven track record of success in a CFO or similar capacity, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a related sector.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing business strategy.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
