C21Media is looking for an experienced accounts receivable finance assistant to join our busy finance team. You will be responsible for preparing sales invoices for multiple global events and will work particularly closely with our sales & production teams to ensure that all billing is prepared accurately, to deadline and credit control is closely monitored.
£28 - £32,000 per annum, full time, part remote/Shoreditch

This is a demanding role in a busy team. Applicants should be able to demonstrate exceptional accuracy and organisational skills. The role requires the ability to self-motivate and demonstrate excellent communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.

- Processing sales invoices in Xero
- Processing receipts & reconciling to bank
- Working with multicurrency
- Managing invoice queries & resolving related issues
- Reconciling sales and production records with finance
- Assist with management reports
- Recording of purchase order requests
- Finance office administration
The successful applicant:
- Holds bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- Has excellent administrative and planning skills
- Has experience using Xero
- Can demonstrate strong attention to detail, organised and efficient
- Is able to prioritise, self motivate and meet changing deadlines
- Approaches tasks with a positive & professional attitude
- Is articulate with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
