Deputy Finance Business Partner - Preston - £40,000 to £47,000 + benefits + hybrid working with excellent holidays + flexi-time
Our client is a large employer of choice in Preston, and we are seeking a Deputy Finance Business Partner to join a highly regarded and service driven finance team.
The role will be varied and working in collaboration with a Finance Business Partner you will cover a mix of business areas providing financial support, budget setting, strategic planning and review and operational delivery.
Duties will include :
Work closely with budget holders to give support for decision making including modelling of costs and scenario planning.
Appraisal of business cases, business change proposals and tender submissions.
Ensure budget holders adhere to financial regulations.
Prepare and present information and analysis of financial plans and performance to the senior operational management team.
It is essential you are a fully qualified accountant or working to qualification with the ability to work with a varied portfolio of internal and external stakeholders building long and trusted relationships. The ability to be able to analyse large amounts of data is essential.
