Position: Creditors Manager

Location: Soweto, Johannesburg

Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 per month

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creditors Manager to join our dynamic team based in Soweto, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry and must reside close to Protea Glen with reliable daily travel arrangements.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the creditors department.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare monthly reports.
• Implement and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creditors management role within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must live close to Protea Glen and have reliable transport for daily commuting.
