A prestigious financial services organization is looking for an accomplished professional to lead its Fund Accounting Division. This senior position involves managing the comprehensive administration of both domestic and international portfolios, ensuring precision and efficiency in all fund accounting tasks.

Duties:

• Leadership & Team Management: Guide and mentor the fund accounting team, fostering excellence and ensuring seamless operations. Strong leadership skills are essential to support and develop team members, particularly under pressure.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the complete fund accounting process, including trade cycles and NAV finalization. Implement strategies to minimize errors, enhance processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues, performing ad-hoc analyses to ensure effective risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.
• Reporting & Compliance: Review and approve fund distributions, corporate event checks, and periodic reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills are necessary to provide clear feedback, manage relationships, and navigate high-pressure situations.

Qualification and Experience:

• Completed Bcom Degree
• Honours degree (Advantageous)
• 3 - 5 years fund accounting experience

• Proficient is excel
