Day to day responsibilities include, but not limited to:Introducing new Brokers and managing a panel of existing brokers and broker consultants to drive new quotes and conversationsMinimum requirements:

A wide and very sound employee benefits knowledge that has been established over years of experience
Strong group risk and employee benefits technical skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
Relationships with strategic clients will be an advantage
Very good listening skills
RE 5 qualification
At least 10 years or longer experience as an employee benefits specialist
Understanding how the broker market works and the ability to ensure that they are well serviced
