REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 5 Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Partner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

DUTIES:

• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records
• General ledger postings and statements
• Reconciliations
• Accurately processing foreign currency transactions from our different branches nationwide
• Intercompany transactions correctly and timeously processed, and funds transferred
• Prepare the Cash forecast across the businesses, including actual bank balances, all known receipts and payments, splitting payments into local and foreign
• Update and manage intercompany loans and call accounts

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
