Here at IPS Finance we are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client's renowned manufacturing and distribution company based in Leeds.

The role is to support the purchase & sales ledger function.

Main Responsibilities

Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Credit control
Quarterly VAT
Fleet management
Bank reconciliation
Posting & reconciling intercompany accounts
Requirements

Proven experience on the purchase & sales ledger
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier account reconciliation
Proficiency in using accounting software XERO
