Our award winning, acquisitive client is seeking a Financial Controller due to exponential growth. Supporting the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take ownership for all aspects of financial accounting, focusing on cashflow forecasting, management accounts and payroll. This is the perfect role for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified candidate who is looking to springboard their career. The ideal candidate will have strong balance sheet control and experience across AP, AR & GL.
Location:
Remote - with occasional travel to the office. Applicants are required to be based in the UK.
Salary:
£65,000-£75,000 DOE.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of AP and AR ledgers to assist with cashflow forecasting
* Managing cash flow planning, ensure availability of funds as required
* Oversight of treasury functions, including relationships with banks and external parties
* Ownership of the management accounts reporting packs to support the growth
* Production of insightful MI and analysis to the SLT
* Financial modelling
* Business Partnering with SLT to ensure robust control around budgets
* Management of the payroll via an external payroll provider
* Identifying any weaknesses of current financial systems and processes and creating efficiencies
* Assisting with the year end audit
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
* Experience of working in an international business
* Experience of integrations would be advantageous
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills
* Knowledge of payroll
* ERP system knowledge
