Our client in the leisure industry is looking for a Cashbook and Referral Commission Manager. This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of the Cashbook and Referral Commission departments, ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed accurately and on time. The manager will deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients, handle all human resources-related tasks for the staff, and ensure that receipts are deposited promptly or reversed back to the debtor's account if payments are delayed. The manager will maintain relationships with bankers, serving as the liaison between the bank and the client, and will ensure that the ISO documentation is updated every six months.The role offers the chance to refine financial management skills like bookkeeping and analysis while ensuring accurate cash tracking for financial stability.
