We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with a BCom Accounting degree and Honours, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in the property industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
• Assist with audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• BCom Accounting degree with Honours is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property industry.
