Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Lead valuation processes across the group, showcasing your analytical prowess
• Spearhead reporting and governance for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)
• Drive investor due diligence processes, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
• Develop and enhance loan analysis models, including refinancing structures
• Conduct credit reviews and provide strategic recommendations
• Create and optimize loan statement models
• Analyze and present trailer fee structures
• Contribute to establishing key performance indicators for the group
• Enhance and implement processes across the organization
• Craft investment committee packs, supporting critical decision-making
• Design and maintain forecast models and cash flow analyses
• Analyze consumption data and generate performance reports
• Lead the implementation of data analysis systems, focusing on automation and efficiency
• Ensure seamless integration of financial systems, collaborating with IT on technical solutions
• Evaluate and recommend system upgrades to meet evolving business needs
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and insights as required, demonstrating your versatility
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
• CFA qualification is a significant advantage
• Minimum 6 years of experience in investment, banking, or similar financial environments
• Expert-level financial modeling skills (valuations, statement modeling, amortization, credit analytics)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Self-motivated with high energy and impeccable integrity
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Additional analytics experience in areas like project or sales analytics is valuable
