Introduction
We are looking for a junior risk officer who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators and emerging risks.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Work closely with senior management to design and execute risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in reviews to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Three (3) Year Bachelor's Degree (BCom, BIT, BSc)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
