A holding company of South Africa in the Group Shared Services division is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. This individual are responsible for the full operation of the Accounts Payable Department.

As an Accounts Payable Manager you will responsible for the following:

• Manage monthly closing of financial records
• Direct and control all accounts payable workflow
• Assist in the audit process, review and present supporting documentation
• Revolve any issue within the department
• Oversee the department's effort to capture
• Ensure all data is correct on the system
• Establish and monitor procedures for the Accounts Payable function
• Establish and implement best practices
• Develop, implement and maintain systems
• Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval
• Prepare operational reports monthly
• Prepare monthly ledger recons between subledger accounts

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in business admin, accounting or finance
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
Management experience is preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Group Shared services are a non-negotiable
Experience in Sharepoint document management
