Duties & Responsibilities
Innovative Solutions: Propose alternative funding solutions and recommendations based on thorough analysis and credit policy guidelines.
Team Leadership: Oversee daily activities, manage performance, and build intellectual capital through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders by offering specialized credit risk management advisory services.
Client Management: Ensure client expectations are met within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and parameters.
Compliance and Risk Management: Sanction credit decisions in line with policy guidelines, strategies, and mandates; manage credit risk across diverse portfolios.
Policy Enhancement: Recommend and implement changes to credit policies, procedures, and systems in response to evolving legislation and industry conditions.
Portfolio Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive portfolio reviews based on Management Information Systems (MIS).
Risk Identification: Analyze financial, market, and business information to identify and address credit risks.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy of credit applications, reviews, and portfolio reports.
Continued Responsibilities:
Professional Development: Identify and pursue relevant training and career progression opportunities.
Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate industry trends and insights with the team and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Advocate for and support the development of new or enhanced processes to benefit stakeholders.
Cultural Contribution: Engage in initiatives that support the company's transformation goals and corporate responsibility efforts.
Business Process Optimization: Recommend and implement effective strategies to enhance business processes and systems.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
BTech in Credit Management or Post Graduate Qualifications
Essential Certifications:
CA, CFA, MBA
Minimum Experience Level:
5 years of extensive experience in credit granting across banking and lending products
