Introduction
We are seeking a seasoned Debtors Clerk to join our team in the West Rand (Randburg) area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing debtors' accounts and will play a crucial role in our finance department.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee and manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Payment Collection: Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts.
• Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices and statements.
• Reporting: Provide reports on the status of debtor accounts.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Debtors Clerk or in a similar role.
• Software Proficiency: Must have extensive experience working with Xero accounting software.
• Transport: Own reliable transport is required.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to the West Rand (Randburg) area.
• Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
