Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a long established, successful and dynamic business based in Dundee to recruit a Credit Controller into their finance team on a permanent, full time basis.
In a role which will suit an experienced Credit Controller with a strong commercial approach, your daily responsibilities will include:
Posting and allocating cash.
Manage ledger, identifying customer to contact directly for overdue debt, and escalating where required.
Manage payment plans.
Taking card payments.
Setting up new customers onto the finance system.
Liaising with Customer Services to ensure items are cleared accurately.
Prepare data for solicitors where necessary for collection.
Other Ad hoc tasks as identified.
To succeed in this role it is essential that you possess first class verbal & written communication skills alongside excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will often work independently in credit control but will form part of the wider finance team and a strong eye for detail and drive for clearing issues will stand you in good stead.
