- BCom Honours or equivalent.
- CIMA qualification.
- 1-4 Years of experience.
- Knowledge of CaseWare.

- Experience in the production of Management Accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare individual and group consolidated financial statements.
- Review cashflow vs cashflow targets on a monthly basis.
- Update and review the “open to buy” targets.
- Prepare and control annual expense budget based on company parameters.
- Manage and control expenses per budget.
- Prepare financial section of the Board Pack.
- Analyse and review discrepancies.
- Ensure that all expense is accounted for and accrued in the correct period.
- Check that management accounts are issued within 5 working days of the new month.
- Ensure that hours worked are reconciled.
- Ensure that volumes delivered and cost per kg is reconciled.
- Take accountability for all accounts to be fully reconciled and any reconciling items to be addressed.
- The accuracy of all balance sheet account reconciliations in terms of raising accruals and pre-payments.
- Calculate premiums and finance charges.
- Complete postings.
- Co-ordinate and manage Botswana payroll.
- Manage and co-ordinate promotional items.
- Produce breakdown of logistics methods.
