Our client, specializing in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Debtors Manager. In this role, you will oversee the alignment of documents with credit card and debtor statements, ensuring that deadlines are met and that documents are presented to clients promptly and appropriately. You will also be responsible for requesting reconciliation from all clients and resolving any queries within 24 hours. A daily review of the age analysis will be conducted. Credit card accounts must be processed weekly, and cash accounts should be collected according to the terms agreed upon with the client.This role will allow you to handle complex debtors situations, negotiate payment terms, and resolve disputes, which can be intellectually stimulating and rewarding.
