As a Client Manager your role is to assist with the coordination of the entire operational life-cycle for a portfolio of Corporate and Government clients while providing a seamless and customer centric experience to our clients. Specialised and Asset Finance is a global provider of tailored finance and asset management solutions to corporate and institutional clients
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; providing a tailored approach to servicing all client requests to a high level of quality and in a timely manner, providing out of the box solutions and being a forward thinker while also maintaining the operational duties such as, settlements, issuance of invoices, portfolio and asset level reconciliations, and end of term management for all customers within your portfolio.
Working closely with sales, credit, legal, tax and finance you will have the opportunity to gain exposure and an understanding of many functions that exist throughout the broader business.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and high standards of customer service alongside great relationship building skills, being able to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong analytics, numerical skills and intermediate to advanced excel skills are also a requirement, as well as a tertiary qualification in finance / economics or an accounting discipline.
