Responsibilities:
- Complex Statutory and Consolidated Accounts: Manage the delivery of complex statutory and consolidated accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process and Systems Reviews: Undertake reviews to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline processes.
- Collaboration: Liaise with auditors, professionals, and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain strong relationships.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements (UK GAAP, IFRS) and maintain a deep understanding of consolidated accounts and disclosures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualification gained within a UK audit or technical accounting role.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial reporting for large, complex organizations.
- Technical Skills: Current knowledge of IFRS, FRS102, and UK GAAP.
- Leadership: Desire to manage a team of accounts staff and contribute to their growth.
