From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Business Support Managerto allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Business Support Manager, you will direct the management of higher value watchlist cases, focusing on minimising losses through strategic recovery and debt restructuring. The role requires you to engage in client-facing negotiations with legal professionals and other professional advisers, taking a hands-on approach to achieving positive outcomes.

As a Business Support Manager, you will direct the management of higher value watchlist cases, focusing on minimising losses through strategic recovery and debt restructuring. The role requires you to engage in client-facing negotiations with legal professionals and other professional advisers, taking a hands-on approach to achieving positive outcomes.
Role responsibilities;
- Advise and support customers in developing and implementing strategies to return to or maintain their contracts in performance status.
- Identify situations and customers requiring resolution and initiate appropriate action.
- Assess the credibility of customers recovery plans and monitor the performance of contracts against the recovery plans.
- Visit customers to discuss the issues leading to the Business Support classification and develop appropriate strategies to address the concerns.
- Liaise with appointed solicitors, insolvency practitioners and receivers to manage Propels debt.
Key skills required;
- Experience working within asset finance or B2B lending
- Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills.
- An understanding of the identification and treatment of vulnerable customers
- Previous experience in recovery / turnaround businesses in a banking or professional services environment is highly desirable
