Are you a problem-solver with a passion for insurance? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Risk Adviser to join our client's expanding team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and emails efficiently, ensuring messages reach the right people.
• Manage client insurance needs, including new business, renewals, changes, and inquiries.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and advocacy.
• Process invoices, prepare policy documents, and follow up on outstanding premiums.
• Use digital systems to document everything and prepare Certificates of Insurance.

Claims Management:

• Oversee claims from start to finish, negotiating with insurers for the best outcomes.
• Provide technical support on complex claims.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of claims and settlements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other risk advisers on large client accounts.
• Ensure smooth processing of commercial policies and resolve client queries.
• Regularly review and improve internal processes for better efficiency.
• Participate in continuous professional development and earn CPD points.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a client service role within the general insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Insight is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Level 5 equivalent qualification is required.
