Store Manager
Reference: MP007585-LW-1Store Manager George R20 000 - R25 000 (Depending on experience) Our client in the Retail Industry is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in George.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12/Matric required
5+ years experience in the Retail Industry as a Supervisor/Manager
Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with experience in Sage Evolution being advantageous
Strong negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Active listening ability and a high-achiever mentality
Ability to multitask, make confident decisions, and work under pressure
Work independently with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Duties:
Provide exemplary customer service through product showcasing and personalized assistance
Oversee staff operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring
Maintain accurate bank balances, conduct cash-ups, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, addressing concerns in-store and telephonically
Enforce company policies and procedures
Foster collaboration with various departments within the group
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
