An Associate Director's Day
• Annual Compliance - Tax returns / GST, Budgets & Projections
• Monthly Management Accounting - Financial statements, Speaking to clients and understanding their needs, Reviewing financial records, Client meetings
• Ad Hoc - Selling the business, Valuations, Share transfers, Advise clients on miscellaneous tax items such as structure of transactions.
Key Requirements
• Training and assisting clients with Xero
• Develop service plans for clients to meet their needs
• Preparing monthly reports using Fathom
• Preparation of GST Returns
• Understanding the different business needs of your clients
• Payroll work using Smart Payroll
• Creating proposals for new clients
• Workshop, presentation and event coordination
What you'll need to succeed
• Advanced Xero Skills
• CPA or CA qualified
• CPP would be an advantage
• Charismatic and confident
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Team Player
• Ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships
