R20 000 - R25 000 (Depending on experience)

Our client in the Retail Industry is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in George. Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric required
• 5+ years experience in the Retail Industry as a Supervisor/Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with experience in Sage Evolution being advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Active listening ability and a high-achiever mentality
• Ability to multitask, make confident decisions, and work under pressure
• Work independently with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Duties:
  
  • Provide exemplary customer service through product showcasing and personalized assistance
  • Oversee staff operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain accurate bank balances, conduct cash-ups, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, addressing concerns in-store and telephonically
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Foster collaboration with various departments within the group
• Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
