Minimum requirements:

Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Supervise and train payroll staff to accurately and promptly process payroll transactions, including maintaining employee records, calculating pay and deductions, and processing payroll taxes
Oversee the processing of employee benefits, including provident fund and group benefits
Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax reporting
Collaborate with departments like People & Culture and Accounting to ensure accurate recording and accounting of payroll transactions in the company's system
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports for management
