They are looking for a AVP (Syndicated Loans) to act as the primary contact and undertake middle/front facing agency roles & responsibilities in accordance with the finance documents and internal procedures & controls on a portfolio of deals covering a range of sectors
Summary

• Manage day-to-day tasks & responsibilities within Agency Middle Office, and acting as the lending SME for and perform agent functions on a range of syndicated loan transactions.
• Support Team Leader to execute assignments.
• To support team members within Agency Middle Office
• Assist with the mentoring and managing of team & group members
• Contribute to the development and implementation initiatives in order to improve efficiency and controls and achieve strategic goals.

You will be responsible for undertaking functions as described in the finance documents on behalf of the lending group - including: Cash flows management, Maintaining a register of agreement parties, Manage a register of lender commitments, agreement activity and accruals, registering and safekeeping of security, coordinating amendment and waiver requests, adhering to procedures described in the facility documents in respect to borrower default and enforcement of security, regular engagement with external advisors e.g. legal, technical, insurance etc is common practice
