Job Title: US Insurance Credentialing Expert

As a US Insurance Credentialing Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare providers are appropriately credentialed with insurance companies. You will be responsible for managing the credentialing process, completing applications, and submitting necessary documentation to insurance companies. If you have experience in US insurance credentialing and a strong understanding of the credentialing process, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire insurance credentialing process, including completing and submitting applications.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to inquiries from insurance companies regarding credentialing applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of credentialing activities and statuses.
  • Follow up on outstanding credentialing submissions and monitor the progress of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance credentialing regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth credentialing process.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in US insurance credentialing.
  • Deep understanding of the credentialing process and requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using credentialing software and database systems.
  • Knowledge of different insurance plans and their credentialing processes.

Salary:

Ranges from ZAR 20,000-25,000
