Your new position:
- Support and work alongside our Chief Financial Officer
- Bookkeeping - Record and identify financial transactions of the organisation.
- Journals - Take care of day-to-day account journal entries
- Xero - Assist with Xero reconciliations
- Financial Statements - Prepare financial statements and present to the CFO
- GST/FBT Returns - assist with preparation of returns
- Administration - Oversee all administration, data entry, phone calls, emails
- Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft office suite
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy and computer skills
