Key Responsibilities
- Chase overdue invoices
- Ensure debts are paid to terms
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity applying process at all times
- Communicate regularly with the Finance Director to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
- Manage accounts receivable and payable ledgers
- Cash posting
- Reconcile expenses and complete regular cash flow reports
- Process invoices and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with other key account reconciliations
- Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting to drive the achievement of business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying AAT, ACCA, or CIMA
- 1+ years’ experience in finance or credit control
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
Working Hours
- 37 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:30, and Friday 9:00-17:00
