Finance Officer

We are now looking for a Finance Officer to join our world class company. Candidates must have a good understanding of Finance and be someone who is competent working with clients, customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.

Role Fundamentals - What you will do?
- Contacting customers to ensure timely payment of invoices to meet agreed monthly targets
- Logging queries accurately and following through to resolution
- Ensuring the collection process is followed
- Reconciling accounts
- Managing the finance inbox escalations to resolve queries and other requests
- Assist with month end processes
- Build relationships both internally and with customers.
- Ad Hoc duties when required
What you will need to suceed?
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience on the rest of the Microsoft package; Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
- Maths & English GCSE’s minimum grade C
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Results/target focused
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
- Positive and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’
- Attention to detail
- Motivation and a desire to do a great job and thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
- A team player who knows when to ask for help and is happy to offer support to colleagues
