We are seeking an ambitious pacesetter to join our team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will assist with the annual budgeting and continual forecasting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects, acting as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal decision-making. In this role, you will partner with business leaders across the organization.

We are seeking an ambitious pacesetter to join our team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will assist with the annual budgeting and continual forecasting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects, acting as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal decision-making. In this role, you will partner with business leaders across the organization.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Lead the forecasting and planning process for the iFIT International Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Wholesale business units by working closely with the Sales team to develop leading & lagging indicators.
- Leverage SKU-level details for International entities to provide stewardship on gross sales, margin and average sales price trends.
- Develop new tools and reporting scorecards to provide improved visibility into International Retailer Trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Product Development team to develop pricing & promotional assumptions for key playbook SKUs.
- Play an instrumental role in the Annual Operating Plan by developing realistic unit projection targets for the DTC business to establish the full-year plan for topline revenue & net revenue while also playing an active role in developing the COGS & OPEX targets for the entire DTC business.
- Provide meaningful insights into International P&Ls by monitoring OPEX trends that negatively or positively impact contribution margin.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a financial plan, forecast, reporting, and analysis that drive business insights and support informed decision-making by company executives
- Prepare monthly analyses of the business trends and budget variances of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) used in financial reviews and strategic planning
- Build out tools to use reporting dashboards for sales, operational, and financial reporting
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand the ROI of Marketing programs, pricing, new channel rollouts, and new projects
- Proactively identify possible scenarios, risks, and opportunities around business performance
- Create profitability/costing models and oversee/communicate model updates to the Center of Excellence
- Oversee accrual entries to ensure monthly and quarterly closes are accurate.
- Support global teams and department heads with in-depth analysis.
- Perform other ad-hoc analyses as requested by the CFO
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications (Measurable, disqualifier)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of finance or related field experience
- Prior FP&A experience in global consumer products and/or subscription services
Preferred Qualifications (Non-measurable, not a disqualifier)
- Expertise in building and managing financial models for sales and business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
- Experience interacting with executives, senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Analytical, evaluative, research skills, and data-driven mindset
- Superior project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, BI, Tableau, HFM, and SQL
