Client Advisor

Reporting to the Team Leader, this permanent, full-time role will be based in the insolvency UK open cover and probate insurance team, and you will work alongside 3 other client advisors. Daily duties include liaising with clients to effectively deal with queries and identifying risk exposures against delegated authority scheme parameters.
As a Client Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with insolvency practitioners and solicitor clients throughout the UK. You’ll ensure successful resolution of queries - liaising with delegated authority scheme underwriters, the firm’s internal claims team and internal finance team. You’ll be in charge of your own bank of Open Cover cases, issuing timely and accurate documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of 1-3 years in commercial broking is preferred, however we will consider candidates who have gained property insurance experience, working in either a delegated underwriting, claims position or within a private client household broking environment, knowledge of Acturis broking system is a plus, however training will be provided.
As you would expect there is a highly rewarding salary and benefits package. The firm offers hybrid flexibility: three office-based days (Nottingham); and two working from home, employer-employee contribution pension, 26 days holiday plus an additional ½ day on your birthday and again at Christmas, life insurance and private medical insurance.
