You will be joining at a very exciting time, after years of exponential growth. Since our launch in 2001 we have grown to 180 employees in the UK and approx. 700 employees across the eCapital group with offices in US, Canada as well as the UK.

The role

To assist the management and administration of Bad Debt Protection across eCapital’s offices in the UK.
  • Maintaining accurate data within our main databases, including Dancerace, EBonded and other spreadsheets.
  • Communicating with relationship managers and business development managers in our 5 offices plus our external insurers.
  • Accurate charging of protection and additional services.
  • Collating information on overdue invoices and reporting to our insurers after receiving updates from the network.
  • Information gathering from various sources to enable management reports to be generated.
  • Assisting with the reporting of data to our insurers.
  • Assisting with the management of claims.
  • Answering simple queries from colleagues.
  • Assisting the preparation of new business enquiries, limits and pricing.
  • Delivery of training to new starters to eCapital either F2F or via Teams.
  • Deputising for BDP Manager when required.

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
  • G CSEs at grade A - C/9-4 in English Language and/or Mathematics.
  • Business Studies , ICT at GCSE or higherwould be preferred but not essential
  • Any experience of dealing with the public or customers, over the telephone, face to face or via email would be preferred
  • Previous experience in banking or finance industry would be useful however not essential. Full training will be provided
  • Right to work in the UK, regretfully, we are unable to sponsor visas for this position.

Additional info:

Please note we operate a hybrid policy of 4 days a week onsite.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
