• Evolve Automate and Payspace Payroll essential

Key responsibility

• Process of all payroll/HR documentation
• Complete personal files with all legal documents completed
• Clocking reports
• MIBCO , UIF submissions
• Staff debtor accounts recon monthly
• Check creditor invoices details and orders
• Ensure all quotations are issued with an invoice
• Check and generate an EFT payment
• Payments of creditors to be allocated
• Ensure creditor's orders are closed
• Work and keep creditor's age analysis up to date
• Load payments on the bank for payment processes
